  • Custom parties need to be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Refundable Damages Deposit $Amount May Vary. Deposit is refundable as long as all items are returned free of damages, non-removable stains, pet hair/fur, or strong odors/scents. If damage is found, labor or cost to fix/replace will be deducted from deposit. If cost to repair exceeds deposit amount, client will be billed balance amount.
